Team Trainers
Most organizations have a wonderful group of energetic parent volunteers ready to tackle the job of coach. In some cases the volunteer parents are well prepared for the duties of coach and in some cases they are just the most willing to help. If all is missing is a little extra soccer knowledge and/or experience let our staff of over 45 licensed and experienced coaches help.

Individual & Small Group Training
When is your next soccer practice? Today! It takes countless hours and touches to become a top player in today's "most beautiful game". Our "Touches for Soccer Success" program will help accelerate a players touches and passion through it's "player first" individual & small group training programs. The purpose of these training programs is to enable players to receive the specialized instruction they need to succeed in the game of soccer.

Goalkeeper Programming
The most under-served area in the game of soccer. Goalkeeping is a specialty part of the sport and requires specialized training. We have a number of former, high level goalkeepers on staff who are always looking to pass their skills along to an eager keeper.

Coach Education Programming
80% or more of child's experience comes down to how good the coach is, regardless of the quality of the organization. That is why it is so imperative to make sure your staff is well educated and prepared for the trials and tribulations of being a youth soccer coach in todays environment. Let us set up a program or just come on an as needed basis to help get your staff up to speed and as prepared as possible.

Parent Education Programming
ESC has developed a curriculum with topics relevant to today's soccer parent. We can set up a program that runs within your organization or you can just hire one of our staff members to come out and present as needed on a topic of your choice.

Athletic Trainer
Having an athletic trainer available to your athletes is a wonderful asset to any program. Like so many of the ESC offerings, you can work an athletic trainer into your programs or events on an as needed basis or we can design a custom program that is right for your organization and budget.
